Like I said, it's been a few years since I've played, so there are a few things I'm trying to figure out. My thinking at the moment is this... I do think that I agree that a No-Lynch on Day 1 would help the scum, at least I seem to remember that being my stance back when I played more. Also, I do think both you and TLK have made some interesting points. Bottom line, I do think that we should at least take a shot at trying to nail one of the scum players Day 1. I'm just waiting to see if anyone does something that gives me a gut feeling as to who it might be. Right now, I just don't know.
...and I really didn't know what 'OMGUS' stood for.

You've changed your tune to try to blend in with the general consensus and overreacted dramatically to a single vote. No amount of posturing or 'ending things quickly' is going to change the very obvious flip-flopping that you've shown. Maverick has been consistent, whereas you on the other hand...

That really doesn't end a whole lot that quickly. Proclaiming ones self as town is about as helpful as a kick in the nuts.
What I see presently is a lot of violently pointing fingers. I will say that I haven't quite nuanced myself within the game while it is being played on a forum, so I may just not be thinking about it all heavily enough. I agree that the no-lynch on day one is bad. I just know I've seen a lynch go wrong far too often. If TLK and Mav are currently on the chop block then I may have to lean more toward TLK.
Sure, I'm nervous about the first day lynch. I always have been, and I always will be. I have seen it go bad more often than good. But the second it goes bad you usually see things turn around. I haven't even played the game all that much and I'm capable of making that observation. So maybe there is something to this TLK thing...

I have to agree that between TLK and Mav, I'm more suspicious of TLK at this point myself. I hope we're right.

That could easily just be the mark of a new player. You see it all the time. While it is possible for a maf to lay low and jump on, that's hardly what I would call solid proof to jump on a lynch. It sounds to me like you're just trying to deflect some attention off of yourself. Upon the opening of the game I was actually sympathetic with you. You seemed reasonable on the Night0/Day1 shit. But since then you've been slipping down the slope.
