New Discoveries
In Seattle , Washington , near the famous Fremont street , sit a little unassuming light coffee house and roaster name Lighthouse Roaster. It was started in 1994 , by founder Ed Lee brick , we envision a place were you can get patches of fresh premium beans , hand roasted in vintage cast-iron skillets every day to bring the best in espresso and French-press coffees. They have slowly for the last ten years built a following of loyal customers that stream into this place located on North 43d street every day to enjoy them.Xianlong sat at one of the tables slipping a cup of green tea and sitting with him was Jade Wallace, the lovely lady was slipping a cup of coffee . He has known Jade for awhile now because she was the daughter of James Wallace , A man he met 7 years ago at his temple. James Wallace was the reason that he left the temple and came to America. He come remember it like it was yesterday, He was in a real turmoil about who he was, what did he want and what he could do to achieve his goals, James was also a person trying to heal also. He was a broken man at the time and need to heal body and soul. James Wallace is also known in the wrestling world as Black Death. He help me get started in America , help start my school and introduce me to his daughter Jade.
Jade was born out of wedlock, James was a young man in japan in his first tour of japan , when he met Jade mother. They had few nights of passion and James move on with the wrestling tour. He did not know that she was with child and she never try to get in touch with him about the child. She spent the next 16 years of life living with her mother and her grandfather. Learning , training and just living , until the death of her mother , brought her to the father that she had never known. James took her in and finish raising her. she went sometime in wrestling business also and has done well herself. Plus there was something about her that drew Xianlong to her. He could not tell what it was, maybe is was the way she look at life which was totally different out look than what he had. He never had much experience with women. He respects them and understands that they are a mystery that has to be solved. He also knows that he has feelings for Jade. But he would not know what to do with them and than there James. This is his daughter and he knows that the big guy would not be happy about Xianlong getting romantically involved with her. But there a voice deep down in him that tells that he should just forget about all that and just go for it.
"You know X, your problem is that you need to relax a little" Jade speaks to him as she takes a slip of coffee.
"what do you mean?" He says back to her.
Jade smiles , her smiles stir something in his soul , but he fight the feel and the impulse to grab hold of her hand that rest on the table at the moment. Years of discipline has taught him to not show emotion. But there was an hard internal battle raging at the moment.
"Your problem is you too strict , you need to embrace the things in life that make life worthy living , have fun , do crazy things , live life."
"I do live life."
"No you live life , but you deny yourself also, don't think I know this. I was a lot like you when I first move here. All I thought about was training , being the best. See that not it, I learn that life is meant to be live, you can not deny ourselves other own emotions or desires." She smiles as she takes another slip of coffee.
" I don't know ... I came to America to find myself , I like what I do and I like who I am , do I really need to change?" He leans back into the chair and look out into the crowded coffee shop.
Jade sits forward in the chair. "I am not telling you to deny who you are , what I am asking you is to open yourself up to be more, was it not you who says and I quote You need to make new discoveries every day... , just think of me as someone who going to help you a long the path. I got nothing to do and I been inching to get back into the ring.
I shake my head , "I hate that you use my own words against me, but your right , maybe I need to open my eyes a little , Wise man knows that he does not know everything and can always learn more. But how are you able to stay around with me. Don't you have other things in your life. "
Jade smile grows brighter and I am feel this burning glow in the pit of my stomach. I just want to kiss her. I am fight this feeling , but I am losing this battle rather quickly , maybe letting her tag along is not the best idea in the world.
"Something tells me that you are going to need to me and there nothing else in my live and no other place I would rather be than with you.

Time
Xianlong is on the mat of his martial arts school , he is doing one arm push ups in the center of the mat. He does ten push ups on the left arm and than he does ten push ups on the right arm.
Xianlong : My friends , do not think of the past terms of those memories of events and accomplishments which were pleasant, rewarding, and satisfying. The Present...well, think of it in terms of challenges and opportunities, and the rewards available for the application of your talents and energies. As for the future. that is a time and a place where every worthy ambition you process is within your grasp.
Xianlong stops the push ups and hop to a standing position.
Xianlong: i am really enjoying my time in PURE Wrestling , I have face some of the best wrestlers in the world. Now I know that the results the last few weeks have not been what people would call a success for me . but you have to understand that i am a different person. I do not measure success in win and loses. That is not the way one need to walk through life. Success is not a destination , it a journey . I have faith in my Ability and that faith will see me through. I am not in PURE Wrestling to be look upon as the best. That is not what I am looking for. I am looking to get better to reach the upper level , the point where I am not limited by my thoughts. I am free to act all by may self. To have no form, to have no style to have no substance...to just flow in the wave of life.
There is never a dull moment in PURE and this week on PURE TV, I face another great challenge . APB , A veteran of the Wrestling World and man that has live hard. You can see it in his face , hear it in his voice. The man has been through the wars, he been through the good and bad of life. He makes for a great opponent, man that knows wisdom. I hope APB listens to me now, he needs to know that just because he is deteriorating , physically , in the long process of aging , but in your daily discovery, it still the same every day. You do not get better as you grow older ... you only get better. I am looking froward to meeting this man in the ring. I hold great respect for this man. Win lose or draw I will gain what I am looking for from him.
I do not know when this journey will end , it could end tomorrow , it could end in a month or a year. But my job is to enjoy the trip , learn from it and compete moving forward. It does not matter who I face or how many or what type of match that I am in . I I can not stop , because when you stop , you die. Throughout the ages , the end of heroes is the same as ordinary men, They all died and gradually faded away in the memory of man. The round of summer and winter becomes a blessing the moment we give up the fantasy of eternal spring. Never stop being who you are , but learn to be more of it. Death does not scare me. not growing does and I will convince to grow , because the day that I stop growing is the day I die.
